- N. Monroe Added 2017-09-06★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Noisy library. People are constantly talking, laughing, on the phone, watching sports, and playing music out loud. There was also a large circus of "students" who were disruptive. This is not a place to come if you're looking for a quiet place to study unless you have noise cancelling headphones. Hope this helps a fellow student!
