  They won’t give me access to my cats files because the name is under my ex’s who I don’t feel comfortable with talking to anymore, out of my own mental and physical health. The receptionist wouldn’t do a thing for me because my name isn’t on his file and kept prompting me to reach out to someone that I’m, again, not comfortable contacting. So basically, my cat with a history of urinary infections has no documents for his new vet. Yay. Shows they really care about your animals..

  What can you say Dr Carnegy helped out our little puppy after a serious jaw injury due to a bite for another dog. He was amazing.

  This is my go-to animal hospital in Halifax. Staff (front staff and the vets themselves) are overwhelmingly helpful, pleasant and easy to talk to. Quick booking for appointments and wait times are not very long.

  A man who answered my phone was very rude. English is not my first language, he was very impatient to repeat, and even shouting at me over the phone. So disappointed since it was my first time contact this place to make an appointment

  Receptionist or whoever answers the phone is very rude. Please don't call me "honey" or "dear"- it's offensive.
