- Paula Drew Added 2018-05-19★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ignorant. Demeaning , appalling service. I had bought a glass screen protector and went in 4 months later to get refund as I was out of the country. Service lady was rude when I asked if they had another option so I could still protect my phone. No not unless there is something new. I asked she look please. Then asked if would be any trouble to have someone put the film on for me. She snapped at me and gave me a dirty look telling me she was quite capable of putting it on herself. I didn't imply she couldn't, just merely asked? She went on to do so saying loudly and in a Demeaning Manor that her 5 year old could put it on, too bad I was that Useless! Others were looking on as she made a spectacular of me. Rude, not called for. I will NEVER go there again.
